Brian has over 20 years of medical industry experience with the most recent 14 years in contract design and manufacturing. Prior to joining Cirtec, Brian was VP/GM at Nypro Healthcare where he led the medical device and consumer health segment, an $180M global design and manufacturing operation. Before Nypro, he was general manager, design and development at Flextronics Medical/Avail Medical Products and was responsible for disposable and electromechanical device design and development. He also worked at several medical OEMs including Medtronic, Baxter Healthcare, Smith & Nephew Endoscopy and Picker International.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Mercer University in Macon, Ga. and is veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Michael has been a Human Resources leader in Silicon Valley for more than 25 years with Fortune 500 and multiple start companies. Prior to joining CIRTEC he led the HR activities at two different privately funded international solar equipment design and manufacturing companies, NovaSolar and OptiSolar. He led the strategic growth at InVision Technologies (INVN) as the VP of HR growing from 151 to 1,100 employees worldwide. Michael spent more than 15 years in the software telecommunications and medical device fields at General Instrument, ABB, Somnus Medical Technologies and Servio Group.
Michael holds a BS in Business from Portland State University, MS in Human Resources from Golden Gate University, and is certified as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR). He also served on the Board of the Northern California Human Resource Association.
Tim is a financial and business leader with over 25 years of experience with fortune 500 and start up companies. Prior to joining CIRTEC, Tim was the Vice President of Finance at Zonare Medical Systems Inc., where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and order administration and co managed the sale of Zonare to Mindray Medical international. Prior to this Tim was the CFO/COO for Allocade Inc., where he was responsible for all finance and accounting activities, treasury, facilities, purchasing, order administration and human resources. Tim also held the positions of director of finance for sales, service and marketing and director of finance for supply chain management at Siemens Medical Solutions, Ultrasound Division. Beginning in 1989, Tim joined Acuson Corporation and held several senior management positions in accounting and corporate finance. Acuson was acquired by Siemens Medical Solutions in November 2000. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
